We offer two options, both remote and physical inspection, the first option is a remote Immigration Property Inspection report option:
This will include:
Collaboration with clients via email/telephone and video call where necessary.
Online checks carried out (Council tax, OS maps, Land Registry, Tenancy Agreements, Official I.D etc)
Online forms to be completed and returned to HAD
We offer the complete assessment from our office, the price is £65 (Paid via online banking or Paypal).
I confirm that we are an independent Architectural Surveying Practice; as such we are qualified and approved by the Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration agency to produce the accommodation reports.
Our reports run to 3-4 pages in length and we have been producing accommodation reports for solicitors and local authorities for many years.
Our immigration accommodation report includes a detailed property description, room sizes, and details on the Sponsor and Applicant. We assess the property under the Housing Act 1989 and Housing Act 2004: for statutory overcrowding.
In order to start the process we will need to take some details from you, please return the form.
Once the form is received, an invoice will be sent which can be paid through either a bank transfer or online banking.
When this has cleared, we'll carry out the checks remotely.
A draft copy will then be sent via email and once checked and confirmed a signed digital copy on our official letterhead will be released.
Should you require a hard copy, this can be arranged for a small admin cost of £12.
The process usually takes 1-2 working days.
We also offer the option of a physical inspection where a surveyor will attend your property, if this is the option you prefer please provide your full address and preferred dates/times for the inspection to take place and we'll come back to you with a quotation and our availability.
